John J. Delatush
Technical Advisor, Mechanical Engineer
As a production engineer for the US Army CECOM, John Delatush was responsible for production data packages, Engineering Change Proposal evaluation and implementation, production schedules, and in-service engineering issues on antennas, antenna masts, and communication equipment assemblages. Prior to that, John served as a systems engineer Naval Systems Command (NWHC) where he oversaw and implemented underwater mines packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation products and procedures. As a design engineer for Naval Systems Command, he designed handling and shipping equipment for Naval Ordnance (of all types) from initial concept to finished production drawings and a MK 51 bomb carrier, which was used to handle and load bombs and rockets onto Navy aircraft and the Adjustable Container Bulkhead for ISO containers.

Jean-Hiram Coffy has significant experience in the following: Developing Java middle-tier business logic for large hospitality industry companies. Architecting, designing, and building enterprise-level N-tier distributed web solutions leveraging modern tools and techniques. Architecting, designing, and building end-to-end N-tier online cloud-based, a multi-media system integrating Saleforce™ CRM, Wowza™ Media Server to stream Video On Demand content from Amazon S3 to Flowplayer™ on Ubuntu 10.10 servers running J2EE6, Spring 3, MySql 5 severs, LDAP server and Glassfish v3. Leading research work at Pitney Bowes R&D labs to identify emerging technologies relevant to Pitney Bowes’ core business and prototyping software systems to demonstrate business value. Led collaborative & multi-functional teams to develop innovative user-centered concepts with compelling business potential starting from idea generation to prototyping. Working in various capacities in Pitney Bowes Product Development organization. Played major roles in the design and development of embedded software, firmware, and electronics hardware for new products.
